Registration
Only registered users (companies and private customers) can make on order.
Registration essentially facilitates order registration: you should not print personal data several times. HMShop.ru guarantees complete confidentiality of all user’s information. At any moment personal information can be changed.
We pay your attention that you need to pass procedure of registration only once. At a later time will be enough to enter password and login (to make authorization).
To register, follow the link "Registration" in the right top corner of page, enter your personal data (fields marked with * are required). After registration you will receive e-mail with confirmative link.

Step 1. Order forming
1. Chairs from stock in Moscow:
• Having pressed the image of chair or having followed the link «order from stock» under corresponding model of the chair, you pass in the order catalogue.
• Switching between models of armchairs is carried out by means of bookmarks on a page left-hand side.
• Choose chair, which you are interested in, indicate desirable quantity and add to basket. If you want to order several armchairs of different models, repeat operations and add desirable armchairs to basket.
2. Chairs, which are created by means of configurator:
• Pass to configurator page.
• Switching between models of armchairs is carried out by means of bookmarks on a page left-hand side.
• Options (base type, frame type, castors, etc.) which you can change according to your taste are presented on this page. When you chose any variant, chair image varies. You can see chair appearance from different directions, having turned an armchair using mouse. Price of the created chair is displayed in the bottom of the page.
• Choose desirable quantity of chairs and add them to basket. If the chair of your complete set coincides with the chairs available from stock in Moscow, you will see the corresponding message. If you wish to order several chairs of different models, repeat operations and add desirable chairs in a basket.
• Link “basket” is in the right top corner of page.
• Here you can edit chosen chairs: to change quantity or to delete chair from the order.
• At discrepancy edit a city and a delivery exact address.
• It is necessary to be authorized to confirm the order, if you are already registered user, or to pass the registration.
• Having pressed the button «Confirm the order», you pass in a personal cabinet; at the present step the order can be edited.
Acknowledgement of registration and the order data are sent to you in e-mail.
Step 2. Order payment
It is necessary to read purchase agreement before order payment:
• for private customers
• for companies
Pay the order private customers can through bank, or on-line using card; to companies bank payment is accessible only.
Attention: after pressing the button «Bank payment» or «Payment by card» editing and deleting order will be inaccessible.
Bank payment:
• Press the button «Bank payment»
• In a separate window the bill is displayed
• Settle the account
• For more operative processing of your order write us a number of payment document and a maturity date.
Before payment specify bank commission for money transfer.
Payment by card:
You can pay by VISA International, MasterCard International, Diners Club International, JCB International
• Having pressed the button «Pay by card», you pass to payment system page where number and order amount are displayed
• Pay the order
• Print the notification of realization of transaction and save till delivery date
• Payment information will be sent on e-mail, indicated at fulfillment of payment.
In hmshop.ru the account on payment is exposed in Euro, payment is made in Roubles; discrepancy of the Rouble sum of the exposed account to the currency sums of an extract on a Bank card, arising owing to converting of the sum of the exposed account (a course difference) is possible.
Payment by cards is made by readdress on a site of electronic payment system Assist (www.assist.ru).
The security of payments in ASSIST is ensured by SSL protocol used for confidential information transmission from a customer to ASSIST server for further processing. The further transmission of information is carried out via closed banking networks which are practically impossible to penetrate. The processing of confidential customer information (credit card numbers, cardholder, expiration date etc.) is done in the processing center of the bank that is contracted to provide service to an Internet shop. Thus, nobody, not even a seller, can receive the customer's personal and credit card data, including information on his purchases in other shops. The protection of confidential information during transmission between the client and the system server is ensured by SSL 3.0 protocol. The server certificate is issued by Thawte - a recognized center for digital certificates. You can verify the authenticity of the server's certificate.
Step 3. Delivery
Order delivery is carried out to the address indicated at confirming of the order. At delivery moment it is necessary for you to grant:
• ID
• electronic copy of the check (payment by card) / the receipt on payment (bank payment)
Also it is necessary for you to sign:
• purchase agreement (2 copies)
• consignment note (2 copies)
• delivery-acceptance statement (2 copies)

Delivery time:
• chair from stock in Moscow – 2-3 working days after order payment (within Moscow and Moscow region)
• chair from stock in Moscow – 4-10 working days after order payment (delivery in regions)
• chairs from configurator – 60 working days after order payment
